I'm looking at possibly buying a Victorian house in North Wales. Has anyone any experience of structural surveyors in that part of the world. I've never bought an 'old' house before and haven't previously had a 'full' survey done. This is a typical old Welsh slate/stone thing.
I have heard some horror stories of really poor surveys, so am looking for recommendations from any locals. [I'm not from the North Wales area].
