I prefer the first one, grilled with chunky chips
Striped Dottyback (Sankeys Dottyback) maybe...the second one?
1) Schoolmaster snapper
2). some kind of Goby or blenny. Perhaps an engineer goby.

I reckon a sharpnose goby - Elacatinus evelynae, as the Striped Dottyback is a Red Sea fish.
