I've been sent a couple of .WPS docs, which I understand are MS Works. I don't have Works or any way of downloading a convertor (blocked on work PC), so I don't suppose I could send them to someone to convert and send back?
One's about 8MB, theother about 1MB.
Doesn't Word read them anyway? Or do you need the formatting etc 100%?
Never used it but Google says: http://www.zamzar.com/
Adobe used to offer a free PDFing ability via their website - may be worth a go, if it's still available?
Word only reads them if you have the right convertor, which I don't. It prompts me to download it, but that's blocked at work.
I'll try the Adobe thing.
Will google docs/drive not convert them for you, or does that lose formatting too?
If you want to fire them off to me, I'll have a go for you.
Cheers for the offer, but I found Zamzar.com, online conversion.
