Thinking about a few creature comforts for our 3 week van-based road trip this summer. What's the best compact & portable aerial for a Freeview TV?

Well, I can't answer your question because I use a dish. Have you considered a small stand-alone satellite dish instead on a TV ariel? They're fairly common now and easy to set up. 😀

I have some fancy quite pricy Dan and fm aerial on the roof of the van and a booster inside.
No idea how good it is as I don't have. A TV.
The only reason it's still on the roof is I'd be left with 3 holes if I removed it 🙂

Open to any suggestions, as long as they're compact and not permanently mounted.
