What's out there? I had a Lowepro Rezo one but it was slightly too small and the zip gave out.
Assuming you don't have any lens attachments Lowepro apex 30?

Quite padded, comes with a rain cover (I've never used). Think it's best to tryout in a shop though for size but it fits my G9 which is fairly bulky for a compact but maybe not as long?

GX100 is possibly a bit less bulky than a G9. What's it like for carrying when riding?
I put it on my belt, has to be rearish to not dig in but is small enough to stay covered by jacket / jersey. The belt loop is velcro which means you can take it off easy enough, sometimes I get paranoid it might drop off but never has.
Might not be the easiest to whip out under 3 seconds you really need one one those leather jobs with a flap to wear round the neck for that. But I can't be doing with round the neck and riding.
