MegaSack DRAW - This year's winner is user - rgwb
We will be in touch
These cloudy skies won't stop me this weekend, and I hope others will join in by lighting the coals!!
I've already had great success with 'cider can chicken', and last week I roasted a whopper (2.2kg) of a pork loin joint. It came out so well I thought I'd spread the good word, not least for the following reasons:
-it's actually dead easy
-it looks really impressive to cook something like this (and the beans too) on the ol' kettle
-the voice of the guy in the video is something else!!
So, fire up the BBQ and enjoy your weekend!!

I thought it was bar-bq?
Thinking of having one on Sat.
Most exotic we've done was a leg of lamb with rosemary, garlic & stuff. It was pretty good!
I bought this book the other day:

Highly recommended... we've had some cracking meals out of it already... cooked 24 honey and garlic chicken wings the other day and 4 of us devoured them as a starter!!... lush!

Probably won't be wheeling mine into action this weekend - although I do need to dedicate some time to making the perfect Barbeque sauce, so if anyone has any tried tested and recommended recipes please let me know 🙂
Tip: forget the lighting fluid or blocks, get a Weber Chimney Starter or something similar (or even DIY something similar).

I thought it was going to turn into Fat Harry White.
"Oh aye - she couldn't wait to get her hands on my beefy sausage! So i rubbed my meat with a little oil and then slipped it gently into her warm oven"
Barbecue University found it on Sky food channel, started recording it to annoy the other half, now I need all 10+ types of barbies he uses!
Oh and remember your safe zone kids!
3kg of bone-in pork loin currently smoke roasting away.....! Enjoy the summer peeps!
