It should be so much better than it is.

I took a chocoholic there on a first date once, she seemed to think it was really good though.

As above! Kids enjoyed it, I thought it was pretty pish poor to be fair. Highlight being the robotic arms loading the pallets! 🙄

I have the misfortune of going in many food factories. Kids think it's a wonderland. I know it to be a workhouse of misery.

Who gets the most from it?

I bought tickets for the boyfriend last year and in all honesty it was a bit lame if you're grown ups. There's too much interactive stuff and not enough chocolate. What's the point of education when you could be shovelling sugar??

I was deeply disappointed too. Not even one chocolate river or waterfall, nor sporadic showers of chocolate buttons. Didn't live up to my expectations. 😐
