Very simple...... avoid like the plague.
I bought a G4 memory card for my daughters DS. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and then it didn't work.
Sent it back and they eventually gave me a credit 'code' to use with them even though I asked for a refund. I then decided to use up the credit and bought a couple of little bits for the same amount at the G4 card. Went to enter my credit code at the checkout and thats when I noticed they credited me less than the sum I paid for the G4 card.
I was too mad to even think about trying to get the couple of extra quid they owed me and went ahead with the purchase. That was on Feb 11th. Even though they state orders are sent out the same day my little order wasn't shipped for 8 days and it still isn't here 13 days on.
So if anybody from MemoryBits can hear this..... you are a useless bunch of w4nkers that don't understand the phrase customer service. If I ever stray onto your website again please, someone walk over and shoot me in the head.
I personally think you're crooked ****ers that give the internet a bad name. I hope your warehouse/back room burns down and you get jailed for something you didn't do. Bustards.

Ironic given what you purchased.
My experience of them is nothing but good – used the quite a bit over the last couple of years and over the last couple of weeks in particular – never had any problems with them – usually deliver in a couple of day
All I'm using it for is backing up the games we've bought....honest 😳
