Easy process, quick turnaround, high quality.

The Vistaprint cards look cheap. We use a local printer, they're notthe cheapest but they are a better quality.

@gastro, i was thinking about seeing a couple of local chaps this week, just thought i'd see what STW could come up with
Some people give cards out like confetti, they're cheap and usually go straight in the bin. Depends on who you are giving them to, personally I have some fairly decent moo cards but only give them to people I really want to have contact with.
they will be used at the knife and game/country fairs that i go to in the new year, rather than have to mess with bits of paper. a well designed card with basic info and a good produced leaflet with some well shot pictures and a light amount of info is where i want to be.
Not especially cheap, (I honestly don't know what they charge) but their print and design is outstanding:

josh i did think of that but decided against it as i felt it would be too much of a faf, that said i will be making a small key ring to go in with all my knives using the bigger of the 2 stamps...
