We have a "London Bar" bracing the locks of the front door but someone still managed to kick it in.

What tips for a front door replacement that is dead strong?
Or is there any other bar or bracing reinforcement we should look at?

Door was part-glazed, making it weaker, so we will avoid that but any other thoughts for adding strength are welcome.

It really shook the wife and kids up.

Kicking in the front door is a pretty audacious thing to do in broad daylight - are you out in the sticks? If not is the door obscured from your neighbours view by fences or foliage? If so I'd address that as well as the door.

Rockdoor is all you need, cost around £500 to £1000 a door depending on what frame you install.

You need never worry about having you doors kicked in again guaranteed.

Is the front door hidden by trees or a hedge, cut them down,
fit a security light,

5 lever mortice dead locks top and bottom of doors about 20 inches up and down, british standard,

yale lock in middle,

Hinge bolts on hinge side.

Limited glass and laminated ,

Steel bar screwed down inside of frame, using 2 and half inch 10,s screws.

But then theyll mos probably force a window, or just smash it.

What area do you live in.

Finally was it the police who did it, been to 3 jobs where the police snmashed the door down, and strangely the home owners failed to point that out, until the new door was on, for some reason.

Can't beat em for house security, even if they would lick them to death.

Don't get any guns, TJ-Law forbids it.

Sorry to hear your about your news, though. A heavier, solid door and some Banham locks would be on my shopping list to start with.

Rock door, as above. I've fitted loads, in lots of colours and styles, they look great and stay that way
