Does anyone on here use the BT Yahoo email services etc
My question is, I have a customer who uses the above and has collected around 800 emails and contacts.
Is there the option to export all of this data, for example to a CSV file ?

The mail page has a option tab in the top right hand corner, then mail options,contact options from there you have import/export option.

You could also use Outlook/Outlook Express to download all the emails from the email account and then export them in whatever format you fancy. Just remember to set the option to leave a copy of messages on the server to stop them disappearing from the web account.
