[Closed] BT business broadband

we have had it for 5 years,

to be honest it has been good, the email has only ever 'gone down' a few times but was always back up within hrs (BT fault)

we have however had trouble in the new offices, i wont go into it but we had to get a new line installed but they sorted it in the end.

but to answer you question for email and web access its ok, you can buy your domain through them and set up email aliases etc all through one control panel blah blah.

They are very expensive though. We have just changed over to Be Internet and the prices are a fraction of BT.

waihiboy - cheers for that. Do you know of any issues with using your own email and their SMTP ?

I thought they were expensive, the package that my client is looking at is 30 quid plus vat. But there are other things thrown in, 500 minutes landline, 100 mins mobile and other stuff.

I had originally set him up with ZEN, personally I wouldn't move away.

I steal my g/f work BT broadband at home, nopt been down in the 3 years we've been using it, pretty damned reliable and they ain't grassed me up to her work for all the dodgy stuff i do on it....

I have a BT Business line paid for by work and it has been excellent. I've had it 5 years and I can't remember any problems with it in that time. It may be expensive, but it's ultra-reliable IME
