Got my first ever Windows 7 BSOD this morning trying to transfer some video files over onto my Galaxy W phone via usb. First time this has happened, haven't installed any new stuff etc which might cause an issue.. Any ideas how I can go about solving this? tbh my pc could do with a fresh install anyway as its full of crap but wondering if anything else can sort it quickly?

How are you copying it, mounting the phone as an external drive or using Samsung's software?

(If the latter, don't do that)

Was it a one-off or does it do it every time?

Is it all files, or just that one? Try something smaller?

Yep i'm mounting it as an external drive and dragging/dropping the files onto the sd card. Seems to happen with any video files i try. When i get home I'll try it with smaller files. Odd that its just started happening, nothing has changed on the phone or computer..
