Probably the same lot I saw outside The Apple on WelshBack. However they stopped, moved out of the way to let traffic pass and then watched some guy pedal his bike to power a music system. Nothing too dramatic...
sounds like a Critcal Mass protest but done in a Mild Mild West stylee...
