sunday breakfast is a nice weekly tradition for us as it's the only day my missus doesn't work

i've been getting a bit short on ideas lately and rely a bit too much on the old classics! (salmon/bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise...)

over to you...
🙂

Eggs Benedict (ok that's similar to the above) or Sausage, egg, hash brown and brown sauce on a lightly toasted muffin (that's a proper muffin not a 'bread bun' as some daft norverners call them 😉 )

why certainly, I keep telling you you don't need to sneak out before dawn 😀

- its a recipe with only one downside - handling chillis at 6 in the morning then later sitting in a traffic jam yawning and rubbing your eyes

Bacon fried, then add a bit of butter after bacon done and fry potato cakes. Once they are done put them on the plate with the bacon and scramble eggs in the same pan and get all the flavours into them.
Lovely jubbly!

English muffin, cut in half, then toasted on one side.

Poached or scrambled eggs on one half (soft poached egg my preference).

cherry tomatoes & sliced mushrooms cooked in a frying pan with a little bit of oil, season as desired with mixed herbs, salt & pepper. Mix in small bit of mayo at the end as a bit of sauce (some low fat mayo's don't like getting heated though) Put on other half of muffin.

Grill some bacon until crispy & serve on the side.

Fry a sausage and slice thinly.
Boil an egg and slice thinly.
Put both inside a panini, sprinkle with cheese and add some tomato relish.
Toast.

Delicious.
