Apparently it's 'synthol' a liquid injected into the muscle...the lengths people go to eh.

Second the synthol explanation. you inject it into the muscles but recieve no strength or power gains at all but it does give you huge looking muscles. if i'm correct it also causes the user a lot of pain as the muscles and tissue stretch to compensate for the increased bulk
He's obviously put a lot of work into his body before going down the implant/synthol route... defo suffering from some sort of narcissistic muscle dysmorphia, sad really...
