There are some cycle ways along promenade in Blackpool

What age are the kids for appropraite things to do?
One is almost 4 and riding unaided for about 9 months, the other about 8 months so not quite cycling yet but loves the bike seat. Tramways and the cycles ways around blackpool sound good.
Edit; oh and I have a trail gator to extend those tired little legs.
I think the cycle route that goes round Preston is nearly complete.
Evening ride up the prom with the illuminations? be quicker than by car too!
