I remember reading about someone doing the same thing some years back, might have been in [i]Bike[/i] magazine.
Thought it looked like a really cool thing to be able to do.

Someone posted on here about doing this, looks fantastic, and keeps you from worrying about grizzly's as you sleep in a tent.

There was a really cool story/photoblog posted up sometime last year of something similar, but it was pretty much an unknown middle of nowhere, must be great to live in a country big enough to have huge areas of wilderness/forrest like that.

Having said that, riding fire road all day would get dull!
