Friend bought the thule sport g2 compact rack thinking it would go, but it requires drilling and where the windows are. Any suggestions for a removable rack that will fit without tools and work with above configuration.

Fiamma make a barn door rack which doesn't require drilling, however, we didn't find it very confidence inspiring in use and so we took it off and now use a tow bar rack instead.
The fiamma seem to have a bit of a reputation, the van doesnt have a towbar at the moment, so its an option but probably more than she wants to spend.
Get one of the thule tow bar mounted ones - they hinge down to get out of the way of the doors - expensive, but bloody awesome
