Firefox and [url= http://www.downloadhelper.net/ ]DownloadHelper[/url], copy the URL to [url= http://www.downthemall.net/ ]DownThemAll[/url] - works for me! VLC to play the flv files that normally result.

Realplayer also has a download option, then a conversion tool for changing into various different formats, works pretty well.

Yep, Realplayer is awesome. Far faster than any online ones and converts to any format.
