An obvious route is eBay, but you may be better off going to one of the many S/H premium watch sellers. Google something like second hand Rolex or whatever, and loads will come up like Watchfinder, secondtimearound etc.

They need to make a margin, but people will pay more for a watch from an outfit like that, so you may be no worse off, and less potential issues than going through eBay

Places like Blowers and Watches.co.uk will sell stuff on your behalf, but will take a generous cut.

Personally I'd use the Sales Corner on tz-uk, although you used to need 25 posts elsewhere on the fora before you could access it. The people who post on there are in the main a pretty trustworthy group and you'll get a fair price.

Watches.co.uk as someone said is good as it attracts the right kind of buyers. I'm not a Breitling fan but despite thier 'choice' workings they do sell well pre-owned. Best of luck .

TZ -UK good place to try. But they are fairly suspicious of people who join just to sell their watches. So don't post 25 one word replies and then dash to the Sales Corner.
