For me it's Monmouth Coffee near/in Borough Market also get beans there for the coffee machine. 🙂

There is a very good little place a few doors up from the Evans at the top of Vauxhall Bridge Rd, tiny place, superb coffee, good toasties too (not the first caf you come to, the second).

Monmouth coffee on Monmouth Street is open Sunday if you're going Covent Garden way. Cakes are very good.
