I got chain gunk all over my Endura Flipjak gilet

I managed to get it mostly clean with copious quantities of washing up liquid and vanish, but unsurprisingly, this has removed any limited amount of water repellency it had to begin with.
I've sent an email to Endura for their suggestions, but what is the hive minds recommendation for the correct DWR to use? My digging around the Nikwax site suggests wash in PolarProof may be the correct option?
Techwash or liquid soap to remove anything on the material
Then TX direct to put the DWR on
Yep, that was my original thought before I discovered the existence of PolarProof.
Good to know that TX Direct will work as it can often be found in a pretty good value twin pack with TechWash which i seem to get through a fair amount of.
