Hello, as title really. Its worth a couple of hundred quid so i would want tracking and insurance. Any suggestions / positive experiences to share?

How heavy? I use Royal Mail Airsure (tracked and takes less than a week) to send stuff to my son in Canada - price is weight-dependent but it's only around £2.50 extra for insurance up to £500.
