Senditnow.com is who I've always used.
Used Senditnow last week. Dropped at the local post office on Thursday, for some reason it didnt get on the van till Friday and was delivered today. Only downside is if there is a problem you cant talk to them, if you dont use any of the options you are redirected to Parcelforce and half of Parcelforce dont have a clue who Senditnow are
Gwizz Couriers are pretty competitive. They did used to offer £1500 of insurance cover for free but sadly it's £3.95 now.
