Anyone know much about the biking scene here? Briefly saw a bike shop from a taxi in Hamilton on front street, looked pretty good so would have thought there must be some trails here some where.

Wouldn't bother trying to ride out there at this time of year, humidity is practically 100% even without a hurricane off the coast. Can't imagine there's much off road, it ain't very big and most of it's either built on or golf coursed.
Get yourself on one of the dive boats (once the sea calms down obviously), there are some fantastic wrecks within easy reach.
