Depends what you mean by replaced, they can't sack you without a better reason than those... Are you being offered promotion or at least another role?

Yeah, I've heard that before. I was my boss's star man, longest server and valuable employee. Strange then that he restructured the company, relocated my office 70 miles away, then left the company to set up another venture, taking most of the employees. Of course he blamed others for all this.

They may have found someone else who can do the job for less.
Or they may not be able to afford you.

i.e they don't want you to go and work for the competition. Which is exactly what you should do.

You're being made redundant or they've told you go part time or you'll be made redundant? Might want to take some legal advice.
