Sorry if this has been asked before, but does anyone know of some nice B and Bs in the Lakes? The better half has agreed to do a bit of walking (!!!) and any recommendations would be welcome. She won't be happy if I take her to some modern day Fawlty Towers, so I thought I'd ask the ever knowledgeable forum for their help.
Somewhere reasonably central would be good so we can easily get a beer and meal in the evening. Thanks.
