Picking up a weber premium 57cm with ash cleaner thingy tomorrow with chimney, cover and a few other bits and bobs for £215 thanks to homes base 15% discount.
Bbq next weekend I reckon.

I had a gas BBQ for a few years and now have a kettle charcoal one and tbh the kettle one is better for me but this guys website is my go to reference

Righto, ive a BBQ stand built into the wall in my garden, what sort of cosls & woodchips should I be using?
In the past ive uses cheapo briquettes but interested in doing something better now ive a new garden.
