Has anyone ever had any dealings with the Banshee warranty process? It's getting on 7 weeks since I started the process and I still haven't got any closer. I'm starting to feel a little mugged off. Is this a normal timescale?

Isn’t yours sitting on your roof wailing woefully? I’d ask for a refund.

Not dealt with Banshee direct.  I went via Ison.

First time, great - good comms, and fast with it.  MY15 Spitfire I had was out of alignment, causing internal and external wear on the CCDB InLine.

Second time, I guess you could say they fulfilled their statutory obligations.  The replacement for the first frame was under 24 months old, but as the original purchase was over 24m the best they could do was 50% off of a replacement new frame.  Piss poor, considering the catastrophic failure that actually occurred.  At least they were still fast.

FWIW this was Ison both times, not Banshee.
