Abbey or what ever they call themselves are the worst gang ever, they ignore letters, dont answer the phone , cut you off, and want let you draw YOUR money out, and then deny theyve done anything wrong, all from personal experience.

She was a woman with no control of her staff, and even refused to talk to customer complaints department according to them, refused to talk to me, got 50 quid compensation, and a severe dose of stress.
