Yuk! As a woman I feel there is a good reason the baby comes out of somewhere I cant see in all the gory detail - so why on earth would you want to look at it on a cake!?
Im guessing to put you off cake and spurr you on to losing the 'baby weight' (andother term that bugs me as the weight of the baby is lost fairly quickly)
