which makes me wonder why I picked it up in the first place. Glad I did though

It's old enough to be allowed out on its own, sounds fine to me... ๐Ÿ˜‰

I like the bottle etc. And 43% means they couldn't be bothered to dilute it to 40%, probably too busy taste testing.

I also agree with the comment that 16s are the peak really, even if it's in a 30 year old body like this.

Took a pic before actually tasting it I see.
Slightly biased I would say.

12 - 16 yo is the tops IMO.

Can't beat a Mortlach on the day - well maybe with a Glen Elgin or Caol Ila ๐Ÿ™‚
