Which should I buy? Any experience?

Care to elaborate? By 'AV sender' are you wanting to connect your Sky receiver to a second TV elsewhere in the house? If so and assuming you have Sky HD then, and only if you want to mirror quality, you need three things. An HDMI splitter (1x2), a length of CAT5 running between locations and a pair of HDBaseT baluns. HDBaseT is a standard not a brand, just Google it and you'll find several options.
If you're asking for a wireless solution can't help. Never rely on it and quality would be poo.
