Possibly, havent been out for a couple of weeks so could do with getting out and even bought cycling fitness 'magazine' last night which is usualya sign that I'm fat and havent been out enough recently, a view reinforced by the fact that the lowest level training program is now more activity than I get arround to doing!
On the other hand the local riding group seem a bit of a throw a six to start group so I've no idea when or where they're setting off from anymore.
I was asked to change my day off this week so today I'm sat here watching the rain through the doorway at work and tomorrow I'll be out in the sun. Yippee.
