anyone get this ? I had a fusion of my big toe right foot due arthritis on an old injury a few yrs ago. getting pains on the pad beneath my other toes and GP says arthritis - easy answer to a 45 yr old, but wondering if anyone else suffers from this
what exercises for toes ?? 😆

feels more like tendons/ligamenst as not stiff - maybe time for podiatrist visit..
