[Closed] Ardeche Holiday Advice - cycling, hiking, swimming ...

In early September, I'm off for a week's holiday in the Ardeche region of France, staying near Joyeuse / Aubenas.

Does anyone have any advice / information on cycle routes (looks like there are some good climbs / cols in the area), hiking routes, wild swimming spots (preferably with few people!), other "must see" places?

Also, any practical information - eg supermarkets, bike shops, restaurants etc?

We won't want to travel far when we're there, so looking to ride / walk / swim within the local area.
