So the lass has an old 2007 Intel MBP with OS 10.5. Last night we have the white screen with the no entry symbol. I take it this means the HDD/Boot is buggered.
I have a spare HDD, but no original software discs. I do have a copy of Snow Leopard 10.6, so my question is...
- Can I install it?
- Will I need a software key?
