I don't seem to be able to get the intelligent keyboard to work, although I have treble-checked that I have it switched on in the settings.

Anyone with any ideas?

As in the function that suggests words as you type.

Clearly not very intelligent I accept.

Not sure its that intelligent. You can hold down certain keys to reveal others (eg. .com shows .co.uk .org etc)

I don't think all apps add to your dictionary. I don't think Notes does, which is annoying..

I've only had the iphone since Friday, so still learning.

no milkie, that must be another function, this is more like a spell check function..

It is weird - it seems to decide for itself when it thinks you might want help. That is a setting it appears to have borrowed from Microsoft.

Now all I need is a talking u****ing paperclip...

on my Touch it seems to spring into life when I am typing badly and missing keys - but as it auto corrects, and you may not be aware that you hit the wrong key, it is possible that its working and you haven't noticed

or you are better at iPhone typing than me

Go to Notes.
Try typing in "Tgis is yhe intelligebt kwyboard"

Notice that your typos have been corrected.

Chill.

It is aimed mainly at correcting typos where you have missed a key or two (easy to do if you're writing forum posts while driving ๐Ÿ˜‰ )
