do they have an ok reputation TLR ? they seem to be more like the "little IBD" type shop rather than the halfords style of blacks - cant think of any time ive asked a question in blacks and got a good answer......
I worked for them when I was a student in Aberdeen. Pay was minimal but they had a monthly bonus scheme which was quite good (in 2002). A great shop IMO generally knowledgeable staff and and a good range of gear. Great staff discounts too. Which shop you thinking of?

decided not to go to the interview (obviously phoned and told them) opted for the offer of a job as mechanic in alpine bikes - with 8 years experience as this and enjoyment of it i guessed id be happier here ! Better pay and benefits too !
