Michael Carrick should never be selected for England again, along with a bunch of others. Too injured to play, then is fit enough for the Charity Shield? Being selected for your Country is the highest honour a player can get, surely? Ok then Carrick, bye bye, you won't be missed anyway overrated waste of space. As for the rest who don't want to play for England; you're instantly replaceable with plenty who do. I'd rather see a load of passionate lower league players give it their all than many of the current pampered overrated shysters.
