Might try it but not usually keen on "exercise classes"

Is this where the police surround you into a small space and shout at you until you are thinner?

Is it what my wife does when she's pretending to do work - she must make herself a cup of tea every 20 minutes when she' working at home.

If its using kettle bells?

Its the best form of strength and conditioning exercise. As you're using all major muscle groups at speed it really gets you're heart pumping and all while said muscles are under heavy load.
Much better than either weights or cardio alone.
It'll strip fat, tone and improve strength in ways other exercise can't.
Just a bit wary of classes and working to others pace. If you can get a 1:1 PT to get you going.
