depends whether you're short of it or not. calcium, copper and magnesium interact/displace and need to be in balance.

My adamantium supplements don't seem to be doing much, but my claws are super shiny.

I find from time to time due to stress or tiredness etc I get a slight twice in my eyelid/eye which cant be seen but can be felt. Magnesium gets rid of it cos it's flipping frustrating otherwise.

My adamantium supplements

I've been thinking of trying these, but the whole being chained under water whilst they inject you with them thing is putting me off...

You will burn with a brilliant white flame, even in oxygen poor atmospheres.

Result.

Empties your wallet?

If you're diagnosed with a deficiency probably worth a try, probably better off making sure you're eating enough greens.
