A possible job offer has come up in Nova Scotia and I'm thinking about relocating to Halifax NS from the UK. Just wondering if anyone has experience of the area - where to ride and generally what it's like compared to the UK. Even tips on relocating abroad would be much appreciated right now 😀
I have a friend who is in Prince Albert,Saskatoon who moved over there nearly 2yrs ago. He is hoping to get his citizenship through soon and is planning to move to Nova Scotia within a year or so.
Spent 3wks with him and his family last summer. Winter sports are probably better than any summer sport. Although it is a heavily forested area the forests are full of black bears!!! You cannot go outdoors without spraying yourself with insect repellant.
I know he has done a lot of research and could pass on your mail addy if you like?
