At the moment I have a 6 year old Olympus E-500 DSLR, it's done me well but I feel I need something with more resolution and image stabilisation. So I was going to get another Olympus because I've got an expensive lens I want to keep but it looks like Olympus have stopped making full size Four Thirds cameras which leaves me with a second hand E-620 which will cost me about 400 OR should I be looking at one of these new fangled system cameras?
I generally use the camera when out and about or when travelling so the small size of a system camera appeals but I'm worried I might miss the view finder in sunlight and I've heard bad things about the AF speed of system cameras.
Interested on the views of people who have (had) both.
I swapped my EOS350D for a Canon G9 & never regretted it. Few years ago though. G9 just keeps doing what it does without fuss, & (in my hands anyway), it takes better pics.
