[#3688649]

Is it possible to change the 'Pull ring to unlock' thing as its doing my nut in!

I keep accidentally hanging up on people when I try to answer the phone.

I have looked in Market and there seems to be few apps, but they look a bit dodgy.

My Desire has a different unlock action, but u can change it by going to:

Settings>Security>change screen lock

To be honest I haven't found it a problem. Just pull the ring over the accept icon and the call is answered ๐Ÿ™‚

Stumpy - I think that just changes the lock type that you are using not the "standard" Desire S thing off pulling the ring up the screen to access the phone.

I have a Desire S and I really don't like the new ring pull action - much preferred the previous pull down action.

I can never seem to set the Snooze button on it when my alarm goes in the morning - one day I am going to sleep through when I thought I had set the snooze button for another 15 minutes shut eye, and then be late for an appointment.

Not sure if it's available for the wildfire s but take a look at MiLocker from the MIUI ROM developers. It's available on the market place and you don't need to be rooted to use it.

Sqwubbsy - that'll do for me! the chinese text was a little un-nerving, but its got rid of the 'ring-pull'.
Thanks.
