😆 fitted wardrobes. They don't make them like they used to and boy are these ones WELL MADE and tight fitting. I've tried the softly approach...

It's easier to take them apart with a screwdriver than smash em up
Been there, done that

I tried that approach. Its sort of a frame jammed inbetween the two walls the with latice-work in between the frame- criss crossing etc. Basically its wedged in nice and tight and its strength seems to come from how it was fitted in rather than undo the screws and watch it collapse.

I'd say its 1960's. It really [s]is[/s] was built to last.

and by after I mean before your Uncle's guys come in to repair it
I'm laughing but I'm laughing with you 😆

I triggered the house alarm yesterday by knocking a hairline trigger device next to the alarm mastercontrol box and don't have the code! ('rang the contact number on the box 'yes sir we can for £450 if you sign up to an annual contract')... I opened the metal box, pulled out what appeared to be the backup powersource, rip out an internal sounding alarm offthe wall, cut the wire to the outside sounder and eventually the thing died 🙄

John Mack thank you kindly for your offer - I've just emailed Chris/Marin as hes just round the corner. Thanks 🙂
