Wife was diagnosed with three AVM's earlier this year whilst having an exploratory MRI for something unrelated, thankfully someone spotted them and we got referred to a specialist.
The largest is just over 3mm with the other two a bit smaller.
Its rare to have 1 let alone 3 and we were quite shocked at the time about the possible repercussions of issues with one of them let alone 3. The specialist assured us that the size wasn't that big yet or a problem and they would monitor - but to come back in 5 years time.
Just wondering if anyone else is diagnosed with one and how often they are monitored?
