If so, could you have a look at thislink and post what the answer is?

if you google the question i.e."How can I make the 'move to folder' dropdown list longer in MS Outlook 2007" follow the link from google and then scroll to the VERY bottom of the page you can always read the answer !!!

Doesn't look that usefull really:-

perhaps I should have mentioned, I am talking about a very large number of email subfolders on a networked drive, and not personal folders.

well I had expected some reply even if it wasn't helpful lol. I'll cancel my trial membership now, no point in paying $12 a month for this, I can fix most software/hardware problems myself anyway.

The route to answering your question will be in the developer tools I think. you can write macros to alter the way standard items behave. I don't think it's simple though.

First you'll need to enable the devloper options by going to options and somewhere there will be an enable developer ribbon options checkbox which gives you a whole load of new options but I suspect you may need to know visual basic to take it any further. Sorry, I've not got outlook to hand to check this for you and I really do think this is an expert area.

Search for the question url on google. Look at the cached version.
