I ordered an iPhone 5 case from Lifeproof on 29th November. The item was dispatched but 4 weeks later it hadn't arrived so I emailed them, no response so emailed a couple more times and they said they would send a replacemnt which was dispatched on 28th December. This hasn't arrived either. I've emailed them again, had no response so emailed again today asking for a full refund.
Don't think I can raise a paypal dispute as its now too late so if I don't get a response what can I do?
